Stir fried bean curd with cumin pepper


4 pieces of dried tofu
3 red peppers
One third of a teaspoon of salt
0.5 TSP cumin
1 tbsp vegetable oil


Step 1
Wash and dice dried beans;

Step 2
Wash the green and red peppers and cut into rings;

Step 3
Open fire, put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pot, wait for the oil to heat up, put in the chili ring and stir fry for 1,2 minutes;

Step 4
Put dried beans into the pot, stir fry evenly, add salt, stir fry for about 3 minutes, add cumin, stir fry evenly, then out of the pot.
