Stewed vermicelli with potatoes and beans

Ingredients

1 diced potato (dehydrated)
6 cowpeas
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of garlic
Moderate old smoke
Proper amount of vermicelli

Directions

Step 1
Wash beans, remove tendons and fold into segments. Wash potatoes and peel them

Step 2
Cut potatoes into pieces

Step 3
Put oil in the frying pan. After the oil boils, add beans and potatoes and stir fry

Step 4
Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and stir fry evenly

Step 5
Add water equal to the beans (hot or cold), boil the water and put in vermicelli

Step 6
Slowly press the vermicelli into the water with a shovel, turn to low heat, cover and simmer

Step 7
When all the dishes are soft and rotten, open the fire to collect the soup. Add minced garlic and pepper noodles before coming out of the pot and stir fry evenly.
