The favorite soup in winter is yam stewed ribs. Today this recipe is made with Meidi ah pot, which is very convenient. It’s really a pot of delicious food

Ingredients

8 ribs
1 yam
4 shallots
Proper amount of salt

Directions

Step 1
Blanch the ribs in cold water

Step 2
Then put the boiled ribs into the pot, cut a few scallions and put them into the pot. Then add hot water. (more water, less water. This is optional. I prefer soup, so I put a little more water)

Step 3
Then close the lid and select the soup key

Step 4
When we cook for 20 minutes, we press pause, open the lid of the pot and add the cut yam. Then close the lid and press the start key to let the rice cooker finish the rest of the time

Step 5
Sprinkle the boiled soup with scallions and serve
