Stewed spare ribs with northeast pickled vegetables

Ingredients

1250g pork chops
1000g pickled cabbage
4 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons chicken essence
1 onion
4 slices of ginger
Appropriate amount of garlic
10 pepper
2 tablespoons cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Wash the sauerkraut (if it is very sour, wash it several times and soak for 2 hours), slice the sauerkraut into several layers of thin slices, and then cut into silk for standby

Step 2
Blanch the ribs with boiling water, add cooking wine and remove blood and foam. Remove the ribs, rinse them with cold water, put them into the pot, add water again and prepare to cook the ribs

Step 3
After the water boils, add scallion, ginger slices, pepper and seasoning

Step 4
After adding ingredients, simmer over low heat for about 1 hour

Step 5
Try to pierce the ribs with chopsticks. Put the cut pickled cabbage in, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stew for about 20 minutes. The taste of the combination of pickled cabbage and ribs comes out

Step 6
Sprinkle minced garlic and stir it before coming out of the pot
