Stewed spare ribs with cabbage and vermicelli

Ingredients

500g cabbage
70g vermicelli
Proper amount of salt
15ml soy sauce
Appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate
Right amount of onion
Proper amount of ginger
Appropriate amount of garlic
10ml cooking wine
25ml blended oil

Directions

Step 1
Chopped shallots, ginger and garlic.

Step 2
Put oil in the pot and stir fry with scallion, ginger and garlic.

Step 3
Stir fry cabbage and add cooking wine and soy sauce.

Step 4
Add ribs and stir fry.

Step 5
Wash the vermicelli.

Step 6
Add vermicelli, stir fry evenly and stew for 6 minutes.

Add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
