4 cups of rice
5 dried mushrooms
2 pieces of chicken leg
2 vegetable hearts
1 egg
30 ml soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 clove of garlic


Step 1
Cut chicken leg into small pieces, add wine, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper and starch. Refrigerate for one hour if possible

Step 2
Wash the rice at least three times until the water is clear, remove the starch on the surface, and add water to cook. The amount of water used for cooking is a little less than usual

Soak the sliced mushrooms and fry them in a hot pan. Both sides are golden and fragrant. Stir fry the chicken until half cooked and set aside

About 2 / 3 of the time after cooking, open the electric rice cooker. When you see the rice is almost cooked, you already feel like a honeycomb. When there are small bubbles, spread the mushrooms and chicken on it and continue to finish cooking

Step 5
When cooking, finish the sauce, add soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic slices into the pot, and boil to cool

After cooking, you can beat in an egg, stew for a while, add boiled vegetable heart before leaving the pot, and pour on the sauce. You can also play by yourself and add your favorite dishes, such as sausage and bacon
