750 g pig bone
750g watercress
1.5g Xinhui tangerine peel
1 jujube
20G oyster sauce
1 small piece of ginger
1.5 tsp salt

2200 ml water


Step 1
Wash the watercress thoroughly. If there are yellow leaves or rotten leaves, drain them

Wash ginger and pat it with a knife. Soak oyster sauce in water for 10 minutes. Wash Xinhui tangerine peel and jujube
