Ingredients

500g northeast pickled cabbage
500g streaky pork
Right amount of onion
1 small piece of ginger
1 garlic
1 large material
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking wine
2 bowls of boiled water
Proper amount of salt

Directions

Step 1
Use my favorite onions as usual

Step 2
Cut sauerkraut into shreds and rinse with water twice. If you don't like it too sour, you can wash it several times and drain it

Step 3
Sliced streaky pork must be streaky. That's how it tastes

Step 4
Add onion, ginger and garlic to the frying pan, and then add streaky pork. A small amount of soy sauce and salt can taste better

Step 5
Add drained sauerkraut and stir fry over high heat. It tastes sour. After it comes out, you can add water

Step 6
Add boiled water, big sauce, oil, wine and salt, simmer over high heat, and then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes
