Ingredients

2 chicken legs
200g hazelnut mushroom
1 tbsp oil
6 g salt
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 bulks
2 Orange Peel
2G sugar
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger

Soak the hazelnut mushroom soft, pick and wash it

Boneless chicken leg, cut into pieces
