Stewed mushrooms with chicken legs
Chicken stewed mushroom is a special dish in Northeast China. The best match is small stupid chicken raised in Northeast China and wild hazelnut mushroom. The dish cooked today is called chicken leg stewed mushroom because it only bought two chicken legs. It’s very convenient to stew chicken legs after boning. It tastes good.
Ingredients
2 chicken legs200g hazelnut mushroom
1 tbsp oil
6 g salt
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 bulks
2 Orange Peel
2G sugar
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger

Soak the hazelnut mushroom soft, pick and wash it

Boneless chicken leg, cut into pieces
