My mother-in-law came back from her hometown and brought her own chicken. She opened the bag and saw that it was such a big one! How many meals will it take! My mother-in-law’s family is in the countryside. She has a big yard. The chickens are in the yard and eat all kinds of grains. Her mother-in-law often sprinkles some corn and other grains for her to eat. The chickens are big and strong, and the dishes are better than those made by ordinary chickens. Those chickens who grow up on hormone feed can’t compare with each other. If you want to say that the more you sell, the more expensive it is, and the cost of raising it is also high! It’s not cheap to buy those grains!
1000 grams of chicken
100g hazelnut mushroom (dry)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 large grains
Two dry red peppers
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Step 1Cut the whole chicken into small pieces. I cut the chicken in half a pot and only used one-third of it. The rest is divided into two fresh-keeping bags and put them in the refrigerator for next time;
Step 2Put water in the pot, put the chicken in, put cold water in the pot, bring the fire to a boil, remove the blood foam;
Step 3Boil the water for 2 minutes, skim the blood foam, and take out the chicken while the water is boiling, so that the chicken will not be stained with the blood foam. Take out the water and set aside;
Step 4Heat up the frying pan, add cooking oil, when the oil is warm, add some dry red pepper and large ingredients, stir fry over low heat until fragrant;
Step 5Put the cooked chicken in and stir fry over high heat;
Step 6Add some soy sauce, stir fry, add a little color, then add hot water, submerge the chicken pieces, bring to a boil, cover the pot and simmer. My chicken is a year's broiler, which is relatively easy to cook. If it's not easy to cook, you can put more water and stew for a while;
Step 7This is the time to prepare mushrooms. I use dried mushrooms. They are given by my friends. They are small, but they are delicious. Wash several times in clean water to remove impurities;
Step 8Squeeze the water from the washed mushrooms and set aside;
Step 9When the chicken is boiled for about 40 minutes, put the mushrooms in, add some salt and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes;
Step 10It's about an hour in total. The chicken is soft and rotten. It's delicious. The soup is almost finished. Open the lid of the pot and put the juice on the fire. You can also add two pieces of rock sugar for seasoning; Then you can get out of the pot;
Step 11If you go to a restaurant to eat such a big bowl of chicken stewed with mushrooms, it's estimated that it will cost about 100 yuan. I think I can go to the farmhouse. It's also good to raise some chickens at home, grow some dishes, and make a small courtyard to cook some food. It's a pity that our hometown is not a scenic spot and there are no places of interest, otherwise my idea can really be realized. Now I can only honestly cook for my family at home.
Step 12Many mushrooms can be used to make this dish, such as Lentinus edodes, Agrocybe aegerita and hazelnut mushrooms. Personally, I prefer stewed chicken with hazelnut mushrooms. For chicken, it's better to choose the free range Zou Di chicken at home. The meat quality is good, the taste is good, and the relative nutrition is also rich. Those chickens that eat feed and grow up with hormones don't taste good. If we go back to our hometown, my mother will go to the chicken farmers' home and buy the local chicken to make this dish for us. If you have a pot, it will be better.
