It’s not cheap to buy those grains!

100g hazelnut mushroom (dry)

For chicken, it's better to choose the free range Zou Di chicken at home. The meat quality is good, the taste is good, and the relative nutrition is also rich. Those chickens that eat feed and grow up with hormones don't taste good. If we go back to our hometown, my mother will go to the chicken farmers' home and buy the local chicken to make this dish for us. If you have a pot, it will be better.
