Stewed mushroom with chicken

Ingredients
250g three yellow chicken10 dried mushrooms
1 chive
2 octagons
A little fragrant leaves
A little chicken essence
1 green pepper
2 red pepper
2 dried peppers
A little ginger slices
A little garlic
3ml soy sauce
5ml raw extract
A little cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Chop the chicken into small pieces and wash it repeatedly with water
Step 2
Soak dry mushrooms in advance and wash
Step 3
Blanch chicken in water for ten minutes to remove blood bubbles and fishy smell
Step 4
Heat the pot with oil and bring to a boil. Add dry pepper, star anise, fragrant leaves, ginger and garlic. Cut the dried chili into pieces with scissors and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 5
Pour in the boiled chicken and stir fry over medium heat until the color turns white.

Add a little old smoke

Stir fry for a while and add a glass of cold water to make the chicken taste better

Pour in mushrooms, add a little raw soy sauce and a few slices of cinnamon

This is cinnamon from Sri Lanka. It is a good assistant for cooking and soup. If not, cinnamon can be used instead.
Step 10
Add green and red peppers and chives, cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.
