Stewed lean meat with soybean and oyster sauce

Ingredients

200g soybeans
Five oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of salt
1 slice of ginger

Directions

Step 1
Soak soybeans in water for 2 hours; Soak oyster sauce in water and wash; Wash lean meat, cut into pieces and blanch.

Step 2
Put soybeans, oyster sauce, lean meat and ginger slices into an electric sand cooker, add 1 liter of water and cook for 2 hours.

Step 3
Add salt to taste.
