500g mutton
1 white radish
3 shallots
2 ginger
Half garlic
Proper amount of pepper
1 large rock sugar
2 tbsp bean paste
2 octagons
2 fragrant leaves
1 cinnamon
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
A little aged vinegar
A little black pepper
2 tbsp cooking wine


Step 1
Sliced ginger, chopped scallion, chopped scallion with scallion, sliced garlic
