Ingredients

500g mutton
1 white radish
3 shallots
2 ginger
Half garlic
Proper amount of pepper
1 large rock sugar
2 tbsp bean paste
2 octagons
2 fragrant leaves
1 cinnamon
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
A little aged vinegar
A little black pepper
2 tbsp cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Sliced ginger, chopped scallion, chopped scallion with scallion, sliced garlic

Cut the mutton into pieces, put it into the pot in cold water, add cooking wine, some ginger and some scallions, boil and remove and wash
