500g mutton
1 white radish
1 carrot
10 chestnuts
1 potato
4 fresh mushrooms
2 Hunan peppers
3 shallots
3 / 2 tablespoon refined salt
2 ginger
Half garlic
2 octagons
1 cinnamon
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
A little oyster sauce


Step 1
I don't need to teach you how to wash dishes

Step 2
Wash the mutton. Peel and cut potatoes, carrots and white radishes. Cut green pepper and garlic seedlings into sections. Peel chestnut after scalding with boiling water. Mushrooms cross.

Step 3
Boil a pot of boiling water, pour the mutton into the boiling water, blanch for 3 minutes, remove and drain.

Step 4
Heat the pot with oil, add ginger and garlic, and saute until fragrant

Pour mutton and carrot into the pot and stir fry for 5 minutes

Pour in boiling water and pour in potatoes, white radish, chestnut, star anise and cinnamon

Seasoned wine, raw soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt. And cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn the fire to a boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for about an hour (add mushrooms during the period)
