Stewed hairtail with Papaya

Ingredients

Hairtail
Changsi crystal jujube
salt
ginger
Garlic
Fresh
Bean paste
Shallot
Sugar
Soup
Cornmeal

Directions

Step 1
The hairtail is slaughtered and cut into sections. The meat of papaya is cut into diamond shaped dices. Ginger and garlic are sliced. The green onion is cut into flowers.

Step 2
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the young papaya shoots and cook for a while.

Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet, add ginger slices and hairtail and fry until golden brown. Remove.

Step 4
Add wine, soup, salt, sugar, bean paste and soy sauce to taste. Heat for 5 minutes. Add honey dates and diced papaya to close the heat.

Step 5
Put in the papaya cup, sprinkle with scallions, and put the rest on the plate.
