Stewed eggplant with tofu and minced meat
Recently, tofu and eggplant are very popular. The combination of these two is great! It’s easy to do and eat ❗ ️
Ingredients
1 piece of tofu1 eggplant
150g lean pork

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
3 tablespoons of water

Peel (or not peel) eggplant and cut into strips, cut tofu into pieces, and chop pork into minced meat.
