Stewed chicken with soy sauce


Three yellow chicken
Oil gluten
Chicken essence
Green onion
Cooking wine
Sesame oil


Step 1
Wash Sanhuang chicken and chop it into pieces. Cut ginger, garlic and green onion into pieces. Cut gluten into pieces.

Step 2
Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, oil, sesame oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, raw powder, onion and garlic to Sanhuang chicken, stir and marinate for 2 hours.

Step 3
Pick out the onion, garlic, ginger frying oil pot used to marinate chicken, add gluten and chicken stir fry for a while.

Add 2 tsp lobster sauce, half bowl of water and half seasoning spoon sugar, stir well, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the casserole and cut the scallion into sections.

Step 6
Cover the pot with sesame oil, stir fry and pour part of the chicken into the casserole, then sprinkle the scallion, then pour the remaining chicken into the casserole and cover the pot immediately. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the lid of the casserole and stir well.
