Stewed chicken with fig, tea tree mushroom

Ingredients

50g Agrocybe aegerita
Half a chicken
5 peanuts (fried)
Appropriate amount of salt
1 slice of ginger

Directions

Step 1
Soak the Agrocybe aegerita in clean water and cut off the root; Clean the chicken and cut into pieces; Wash figs.

Step 2
Put the Agrocybe aegerita, chicken, fig and ginger slices into the electric sand cooker, add 1 liter of water and cook for 2 hours.

Step 3
Add salt to taste.
