Stewed chicken with carrot

Ingredients

500g chicken
500g carrot
Appropriate amount of salt
Moderate amount of ginger
Appropriate amount of garlic
Moderate amount of blended oil
Right amount of chopped pepper

Directions

Step 1
Cut the whole chicken in half (we usually buy a whole chicken to make sure it's alive). The other half freezes.

Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Then add ginger, garlic stir fry, remove the smell, but also taste.

Scrape off the thin layer of carrot skin to avoid affecting the taste. Cut the carrot into hobs.

Add appropriate amount of pepper, wait for chicken color, stir fry out water.

Step 7
