3 hairy crabs
5 garlic
3 slices of ginger
3 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Take the hairy crab and pull out or cut out the front claw;

Step 2
Cut off the rope and clean the hairy crab with a small toothbrush;

Step 3
Put the cleaned hairy crabs on the plate;

Step 4
Sprinkle the garlic and ginger prepared in advance on the hairy crab and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt;

Step 5
Boil an appropriate amount of boiling water. After the water boils, put the crab on it and cook it;

Step 6
Cook over high heat for 15 minutes and turn off the fire.
