On weekdays, I often order the set meal of curry potato beef at the restaurant for lunch, 35 yuan a share. There are only two or three pieces of beef in it. They are all potatoes. Hey, there is little soup, which is not enough to plug the teeth! If you want to have fun, you have to do it yourself. When you are free at the weekend, buy some good beef, add two potatoes and a carrot, put more curry and eat enough!
50g curry pieces

Step 1Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2Soak the beef in a basin with bleeding water and wash it.
Step 3Cut into small pieces or strips across the fiber lines.
Step 4Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel and slice the carrots. Use two potatoes twice. Take one peeled and cut into pieces, and the other one for standby.
Step 5Drain the beef, heat the oil in the pot, put in the beef and stir fry over high heat.
Step 6The fried beef is discolored.
Step 7Put in potatoes and carrots.
Step 8Stir fry until discolored.
Step 9Put the fried potatoes, carrots and beef into the stew（ I use an electric rice cooker. I usually use whatever pot I'm used to stewing meat, or I can stew it directly in the frying pan.)
Step 10Add enough boiling water and put 25g curry pieces first.
Step 11Stew for about an hour and a half, the potatoes and carrots are almost stewed, and the soup begins to thicken.
Step 12Peel and cut another potato into pieces and put it into the pot.
Step 13Add an appropriate amount of salt, add 25g curry blocks, stir evenly, pay attention not to paste the bottom of the pot, and stew for about half an hour until the potatoes are soft and the beef is soft and rotten.
