Turnip and beef brisket casserole is a traditional Cantonese dish. It is made of white turnip, fresh beef brisket and seasoning for a long time. As long as the beef is not broken, the longer it is stewed, the more delicious it is.


1.5 catty beef brisket
1 radish
1 teaspoon Zhu Hou sauce
2 tbsp bean paste
2 teaspoons cooking wine
Three star anise
1 piece of cinnamon

Beef brisket, radish, Zhuhou sauce, Douban sauce, cooking wine, star anise, etc

Peel radish and cut into hob pieces
