Stewed beef balls with white radish
I’ve had this dish outside the restaurant. It tastes good. I made it at home today, and it tastes very good.
Ingredients
Beef ballsHalf a radish
Right amount of shrimp
Proper oil
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken powder
Proper amount of ginger and garlic
Proper raw extract

Shredded radish

Cut beef balls in half with a flower knife.
Step 4
I only used a small part of chopped garlic and dried shrimps.
Step 5
Heat the pot with oil, saute garlic, beef balls and until slightly yellow.

Add some water, dry shrimps, salt and chicken powder to taste and bring to a boil.
Step 7
Prepare shredded radish at the bottom of the casserole.
Step 8
Pour in beef balls and soup, cook slowly over medium low heat until the shredded radish becomes soft, season and serve.
