Stewed bean curd with cumin and potatoes
My family likes bean products very much. My husband and son like dried beans. It seems that I eat more tofu. The fried potatoes and tofu are very fragrant. If I don’t stew, I guess I can finish it. My son is very interested in cumin flavor. I will adjust the flavor when I cook occasionally. The tofu and potatoes stewed with cumin powder taste very good. I feel that if the pepper is spicy, it will be more delicious.
