Stewed balls and vermicelli with radish
My family likes to fry some balls and stew in winter. There are vegetables, meat and vermicelli in it. It is both food and rice. A pot of stew is very delicious
Ingredients
200g white radish20 meatballs
30g vermicelli (dry)
50g mushroom
20G water hair fungus
5g scallion
1g ginger
5g salt
20G delicious soy sauce
5g oyster sauce
Directions
Step 1
When the ingredients are ready, soak the vermicelli in boiling water and wash the mushrooms and fungus

Peel and slice radish
Step 3
Pour some oil into the wok and stir fry the scallions until fragrant
Step 4
Add the sliced radish and stir fry for 5 minutes

Pour the fried radish into the bottom of the saucepan

Cut off the root of the mushroom and tear up the fungus by hand

Boil mushrooms and fungus in a boiling water pot for one minute and remove
Step 8
Put the boiled fungus, mushrooms, vermicelli and balls into the stew pot, and add an appropriate amount of onion and ginger

Seasoning with salt, fresh soy sauce and oyster sauce

Add the water for cooking mushrooms, move to the stove and stew until soft
