2 pork ribs
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sweet potato flour
2 tbsp refined salt
1 teaspoon peanut oil

Step 1Buy two ribs with more meat and thin bones. Please chop them as small as possible. Simply rinse it with water, add some salt and cornmeal, and hold it evenly for about 2 minutes. Remove the blood and meat to ensure the white and clean ribs.
Step 2Rinse the spareribs with water continuously, filter the dry water with filter screen, and wait for formal pickling.
Step 3Add 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp potato flour, 1 tbsp oil, chopped garlic, and grasp well by hand.
Step 4Swing plate (as shown in the figure).
Step 5Steam over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6Take out the pot (as shown in the picture).
