Ingredients

1 yam
600g spare ribs
2 shallots
3 slices of ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp raw soy sauce
1 tbsp fuel consumption
Proper amount of salt

Directions

Step 1
Soak spare ribs in water for half an hour to remove blood

Step 2
Chop the spareribs into proper size, then put them into the pot with onion, ginger and garlic in cold water and boil for 2 minutes

Step 3
Remove the scallion, ginger and garlic from the cooked ribs, pour out the water, rinse with hot water, drain the water, and then add cooking wine, soy sauce, oil consumption and salt to mix well

Marinate for half an hour

Prepare yam during curing time, peel and cut into pieces

Spread the yam on the bottom of the bowl

Spread the pickled spareribs on the yam and steam it in a pot
