Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro
We haven’t eaten or cooked spareribs. For example, sweet and sour spareribs, a good national dish, are deeply loved by everyone, but why are we hooked by this taro steamed spareribs?
Ingredients

10g Douchi 10g Douchi
Ginger 10g ginger 10g
10g cooking wine 10g cooking wine
20G raw, 20g raw
Appropriate amount of starch

Soak the chopped ribs in cold water for 1 hour
