Steamed shrimp sauce with egg

Ingredients

10 ml shrimp sauce
5ml corn oil
50ml water

Directions

Step 1
Take 2 tbsp of fermented shrimp sauce and add shredded ginger

Step 2
Put in three eggs, a little chopped green onion

Step 3
Drop in the right amount of corn oil, stir well, in order to prevent too salty, I added some water

Step 4
Boil water in a steamer, add shrimp sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

Step 5
When I see the shrimp sauce becomes solid, it's cooked. I eat it with steamed bread, and I like it with corn cakes
