The rice cooked in a gas stove over a low heat is more characteristic than that made in an electric casserole.
150 g water
10g shredded ginger
A little scallion
5g raw extract
3 tablespoons lard
Step 1Wash the rice and soak it for 1 day;
Step 2Take the casserole, scoop a spoonful of lard and smear the wall evenly;
Step 3Prepare the ingredients, the two kinds of sausage I use;
Step 4Pour the soaked rice into the casserole, take a spoonful of lard, stir with the rice for a few times, cover the pot, and boil over low heat for 15 minutes;
Step 5When the rice 7 matures, sprinkle the third spoonful of lard with shredded ginger and sausages;
Step 6Beat in the eggs on the other side, cover and continue to cook over low heat for about 8 minutes;
Step 7When the sausage is cooked, open the cover, sprinkle with scallion, stew with raw soy sauce for 1 minute, and then serve.
