Step 5
10 minutes later, start to put in preserved meat, mushrooms, boiled vegetables, shredded ginger, and then beat an egg.

Put all the ingredients in and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and wait another five minutes. During this time, you can take a small pot of soy sauce. Turn down the heat, put some water in the pan, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little cooking wine, brown sugar or white sugar, you can adjust the taste according to your own taste.
