Open the lid, with the heat, a fragrance immediately occupied all my sense of smell. The heat dissipated slightly, and the smooth and tender chicken nuggets and mushrooms appeared in front of us, as well as several green vegetables. Mix the rice and chicken with mushrooms, dig a large spoon and blow it hard. Then put it into your mouth. The mushrooms and chicken are smooth and tender, and the rice is soft and glutinous. You can’t wait to have the next bite.


Half a bowl of rice
1 egg
Half a sausage
3 rape


Step 1
Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes after washing

Step 2
Using the soaking time of rice, the sausage is rinsed with warm water and sliced. The ginger is cut into shreds

Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce to make the sauce. Spread a layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the casserole. Drain the soaked rice and put it into the casserole. Pour in clean water (the water should be about 1cm more than the rice). Cover the casserole. Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes

Step 4
Put the sausage on the rice, put shredded ginger on the sausage, beat the eggs aside, pour proper amount of vegetable oil along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and simmer until the fat in the sausage becomes transparent

Step 5
Pour the prepared juice into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to another pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the rape in the pot and remove it to control the water

Step 6
Just put the rape on the rice
