When turning off the heat, do not open the lid immediately, continue to simmer for a while, so that the fragrance will continue to remain in the casserole; At this time, mix a bowl of sauce, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of raw soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, proper amount of sesame oil, half a teaspoon of sugar and a small amount of water.
