I always wanted to try the preserved meat pot rice, so I took out my preserved bacon and the sausage I left last time to make a very delicious preserved meat pot rice. The fragrant rice, meat and seasoning are completely integrated. It’s very delicious, and there will be golden rice pot under the pot that I can’t eat when I was a child~~

Ingredients

300g rice
150g sausage
200g Bacon
5 Brassica napus

Directions

Step 1
Put the bacon and sausage on the plate, steam for 15 minutes, take out the bacon and cut it into thin slices. Cut the sausage into thin slices obliquely, and keep the steamed oil on the plate

Step 2
Put rape into boiling water and blanch it. Take out and set aside

Step 3
Put a layer of vegetable oil on the inside of the pot. Wash the rice and mix it with a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Then put in water. The ratio of rice to water is about 1:1.2

Step 4
Turn down the fire as soon as it boils

Step 5
My stove has a shelf to separate the pot from the fire, so the rice won't paste

Step 6
After steaming for about 5 minutes, place the cut sausage on the rice, cover the pot and steam for 10 minutes

Step 7
During this period, put oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, delicious soy sauce and sugar into the sauce

Step 8
Add the boiled rape, cover the pot and simmer for another 2 minutes. Then bring it to a high heat for 1 minute. Bring it down and pour 4 kinds of mixed seasoning. Then you can mix the rice, bacon and sauce and eat it. There is a golden layer at the bottom of the pot
