Sausage and Guoba are the essence of baozai rice.


50g rice
2 sausages
1 tomato
1 egg
8g refined salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tbsp peanut oil


Step 1
Soak the cleaned rice in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and extend the palm flat, so as not to exceed the palm

Step 2
Dice a tomato and a sausage

Step 3
Cut tomatoes and sausages into the pot, add peanut oil (can add more, so that rice is not easy to paste), appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce

Step 4
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn down the heat and place another sausage slice in. Knock an egg, put a few vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes
