I bought a new cast iron frying pan, which is very easy to use and has many uses. Steamed rice can be made with rice pot, very delicious, better than rice cooked with electric cooker. I want to use it to make casserole for the first time.

400g rice
5g salt
2 ml oyster sauce
2-4 ml soy sauce
5g shredded ginger
120g potatoes
100g Bacon
100g garlic bolt

Directions

First, the rice is washed with water, and then added to 1.5 times of the volume of rice bubble; Then cut the vegetables and marinate them with salt and soy sauce.

The bottom oil of the frying pan doesn't need to be cleaned. Pour the soaked rice and water directly into the pan and cover it. Bring to a boil over high heat. Gradually adjust the heat until the water is immersed in the rice. After 5 minutes of low heat, pour the bacon and shredded ginger into the pan and steam for 6 minutes.
