Steamed pork with flour is a traditional delicacy widely popular in southern China. It is a snack in Hubei. It can be steamed with different ingredients. Today, eggplant is used. 300g pork (leg)
80g steamed meat powder
150g eggplant
2 tbsp sweet noodle sauce
15ml cooking wine
A little scallion
2 g salt
