Steamed pork with dried vegetables

Step 1Wash the dried vegetables and soak them one night in advance. Remove the excess water. Add salt, chicken essence, ginger, garlic slices, dried pepper foam and sesame oil. Mix well.
Step 2Wash pork and cut into thick slices.

Step 6After the pot, put a plate with a diameter larger than the bowl upside down on the big bowl, fasten it tightly and turn it over with both hands at the same time. In this way, the dishes will be put into the plate steadily and the meat will face up. Ha ha, finally, sprinkle some scallion and millet pepper for decoration.
