Pomfret is a kind of sea fish with flat body. Because of its few spines and tender meat, pomfret is also very suitable for children and the elderly.


600g golden pomfret
1.5 tbsp peanut oil
A teaspoon of salt
A few drops of rice wine
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Three cloved garlic
6 g ginger
Two chives
Two pieces of dried scallion
