When you don’t want to be lazy, wash a handful of dried fish, chop a little ginger, steam with rice when you cook in an electric rice cooker. If you like spicy food, you can mix it with chili sauce. If you like the original flavor, you can mix it with soy sauce. It’s easier and faster than eating fast food outside.

Ingredients

150g small fish
Proper amount of peanut oil
Proper amount of soy sauce
1 piece of ginger

Directions

Step 1
Wash ginger and peel, dry clean fish and drain

Step 2
Dish filled with dried fish, ginger pieces smashed or shredded, shop on top

With cooking oil

When cooking in an electric rice cooker, steam the rice in an electric rice cooker with a partition layer. When the rice cooker is good, the dried fish is cooked

Step 5
Remove and drizzle with soy sauce

Step 6
Pick up chopped ginger, discard, mix soy sauce and eat
