Steamed meat cake with egg

Ingredients

Three eggs
2G salt
10g raw powder
Proper amount of soup

Directions

Step 1
Mince the lean meat.

Step 2
Mix 1g of powder and salt.

Step 3
Mix the minced meat with a little soup and spread it on the bottom of the plate.

Step 4
Beat the eggs, add 1g salt and some stock.

Step 5
Pour the egg mixture on top of the patty on the plate.

Step 6
Cover with plastic wrap, prick some holes on the plastic wrap with toothpick, put into the steamer, steam for about 12 minutes. Make sure the meat is cooked enough.

Step 7
Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
