How can there be no fish in the new year’s Eve dinner. Its beautiful meaning is more than one year. Let’s have all kinds of fish on the table: Braised, sweet and sour, steamed, boiled. For no spicy not happy, I chose the simple and super cooked chopped pepper. It’s not only delicious, but also the color. Let’s move together.

Ingredients

A salmon head
A green onion
10 g ginger
Eight garlic
200g chopped pepper
20G pickled pepper
2 teaspoons cooking wine
A spoonful of steamed fish and soy sauce
Appropriate amount of Allium fistulosum
30g peanut oil
8 g Sugar

Directions

Step 1
Clean the fish head, put it in the steamer directly, put a spoonful of cooking wine in the water and steam for five minutes.

Step 2
Cut the onion, ginger and garlic well and set aside. If the fish head is too big, the chopped pepper can be increased in proportion. The salmon head I used is relatively small, about 600g

Step 3
Put the green onion and ginger under the plate and set aside a slice of ginger for frying

Step 4
Spread the steamed fish head on the onion and ginger, pour 1 spoonful of steamed fish, soy sauce and 1 spoonful of cooking wine.

Step 5
Put peanut oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Step 6
Pour in chopped and pickled peppers and stir well

Step 7
Add a spoonful of sugar

Step 8
Spread on the fish head and steam for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with shallot
