A salmon head
A green onion
10 g ginger
Eight garlic
200g chopped pepper
20G pickled pepper
2 teaspoons cooking wine
A spoonful of steamed fish and soy sauce
Appropriate amount of Allium fistulosum
30g peanut oil

Step 1
Clean the fish head, put it in the steamer directly, put a spoonful of cooking wine in the water and steam for five minutes.

Cut the onion, ginger and garlic well and set aside. If the fish head is too big, the chopped pepper can be increased in proportion. The salmon head I used is relatively small, about 600g

Put the green onion and ginger under the plate and set aside a slice of ginger for frying

Spread the steamed fish head on the onion and ginger, pour 1 spoonful of steamed fish, soy sauce and 1 spoonful of cooking wine.

Put peanut oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
