1 fish head
1 green onion
1 small piece of ginger
100g chopped pepper


Step 1
  Pickled fish head. When buying fish head, let the stall owner cut it in half. After washing, both sides are drenched with Lee Kam Kee steamed fish soy sauce and marinated for 15 minutes. Place the plate, take a large plate with depth, spread ginger and scallion on the bottom first, and then spread the fish head flat, face up
