1 Torr garlic
Three millet peppers
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Step 1Clean the eggplant and set aside
Step 2After cleaning the eggplant, cut it into 4 pieces without cutting the root pedicle at the top.
Step 3Make sauce during steaming: put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and spicy millet, and fry over low heat until fragrant
Step 4Add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and proper amount of water and bring to a boil
Step 5The steamed eggplant is very soft. Spread 4 slices, sprinkle with sauce, sprinkle with scallion and white sesame.
