Ingredients

2 eggplant
1 Torr garlic
Three millet peppers
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Proper amount of water
Appropriate amount of edible oil

Directions

Step 1
Clean the eggplant and set aside

Step 2
After cleaning the eggplant, cut it into 4 pieces without cutting the root pedicle at the top.

Make sauce during steaming: put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and spicy millet, and fry over low heat until fragrant

Add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and proper amount of water and bring to a boil

The steamed eggplant is very soft. Spread 4 slices, sprinkle with sauce, sprinkle with scallion and white sesame.
