Steamed dumplings with fennel, egg and mushroom stuffing

Ingredients

Moderate amount of Tricholoma
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of fennel seed
Proper amount of sesame oil
Proper amount of ginger powder

Directions

Step 1
Flour first add boiling water, stir into flakes, then pour some cold water, and make dough. Fry the eggs in a nonstick pan and chop them. Mince fennel and white mushrooms.

Step 2
Put eggs, fennel and white mushrooms in a large bowl, add salt and sesame oil, and put them in the refrigerator.

Step 3
Wait until the dough has been cooked for at least 30 minutes, take out the stuffing and roll out the dumplings.

Step 4
After steaming, place dumplings on gauze or cabbage leaves and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
