Step 1Chicken leg with cooking wine, ginger slices and scallion, cooked
Step 2Cook until you use chopsticks to poke at the thick part of the chicken leg, then soak for half an hour.
Step 3Pick up the chicken legs and soak them in ice water for half an hour
Step 4The peanuts are cooked in a frying pan without oil and water.
Step 5Stir fry the white sesame well
