400g sirloin
Proper amount of lettuce
1 tbsp cooking wine
3 G starch
1 / 2 tbsp soy sauce

1 egg white
2 tbsp bean paste

5 cloved garlic


Step 1
Slice, add salt, sugar, starch, egg white, ginger, marinate for a while. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Frozen beef will be tender

Step 2
Mince ginger and garlic, wash lettuce and set aside

Step 3
Heat oil, add ginger slices and garlic, stir fry. Add bean paste, salt and soy sauce. After boiling with water, quickly put the marinated meat slices into the pot in turn and stir them up for dozens of seconds at most. Turn off the heat and pour them into the bowl
