Sponge gourd in pot

Ingredients

500g Luffa
Appropriate amount of salt
Proper amount of soy sauce
Appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate
Moderate amount of ginger
Proper amount of flour
Moderate amount of blended oil
Proper amount of sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Peel the loofah.

Step 2
Cut the ginger into small pieces.

Step 3
Cut the loofah into small pieces.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate and ginger to a large bowl.

Mix well and marinate for five minutes.

Step 6
Put water into the flour and stir it into a thin paste.

Put Luffa in the flour paste.

Step 8
Heat the pan and drain the oil.

Put in towel gourd.

Step 10
Fry towel gourd into golden yellow on both sides and set aside.

Add oil into the pan, add ginger and fry until fragrant.

Add water and a small amount of soy sauce and salt.

Pour in towel gourd.

Simmer a little and pour in sesame oil.
