Spinach mixed with vermicelli is a delicious and nutritious dish. After buying spinach, our family either mixed it or spinach vermicelli soup.

Ingredients

300g spinach
100g fans
2 dried peppers
Proper shrimp skin
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon vinegar
2 cloves garlic
Half teaspoon raw soy sauce
Proper sesame oil
Half teaspoon sugar
2 shallots
One tablespoon vegetable oil

Clean spinach

Bring the water to a boil and add a few drops of oil and a little salt

Blanch spinach for 2 minutes, remove and put into cold water

Put the vermicelli into the hot water that blanched the spinach just now and soak it soft

Prepare dried chili, garlic and dried shrimps

Remove the water from the vermicelli and spinach and put them in a basin. Put the cut chili, green onion and garlic flowers on it
