1 handful of spinach
1 handful of sweet potato vermicelli
1.5 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon fresh vegetables
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
Three millet peppers


Step 1
Wash the spinach and cut it in half

Add 0.5 tbsp salt after boiling water in the pot, blanch spinach for 30 seconds, and then remove to cool

Step 3
Soak the sweet potato vermicelli and cut it off. Put it into a pot and boil it over medium low heat for 20 minutes, then cool it

Squeeze the dried spinach and vermicelli into a basin

Add 1 tablespoon salt, fresh vegetables, sesame oil, minced garlic and spicy millet and mix well
